It did take awhile for pick up, but deliver was pretty fast and CAR is in GOOD SHAPE!

I moved from Philly, PA to San Jose, CA this January. I scheduled my pick up on the 30th of December since I had a plane to catch on the 7th of January. However, I had to leave my car at a friend's place because it was not pick up until I was 2 days in California already. This did create a bit of trouble for my friend and me. (Maybe a bit more communication when the pickup date is late, so customers don't have to worry about finding a new carrier after quoting with you guys?)
But I do understand that the weather was a bit off due to snow, but paying this much money, maybe something better could be done?
BUT, after reading a lot of horrible reviews and getting tons of phone calls for other carriers, I DONT regret going with SHipACarDirect!
It was worth the wait!!!
The car arrive nicely! Communication between the drivers and the driver's company was great! They were easy to keep in touch, just by texting them or calling them! It made me less worried about my car's whereabouts!
Overall, a good experience with this carrier!
