I recently use Ship Car Direct to get my car from California to Texas (Enclosed). It was the smoothest experience, I talked to Matt which he was very helpful and provided me with the info that I needed to make my decision. I booked with Ship Car Direct on a Thursday and by Friday the carrier contacted me to give me the pick up date. Pick up in California was on time, the truck driver called me before pick up so I could have his phone number. Ship Car Direct representatives were in contact with me while my car was in transit (via text, email and I also received a phone call). 3 days after the pick up date I received my vehicle in Texas with no issues what so ever. I am extremely happy with my experience with Ship Car Direct.
