As a first time user of an auto transport I was a little uncertain as to how the process would work and if I could expect a lot of problems. I contacted a couple of brokers and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct as their customer service representative, Angela, was the most helpful of all those I contacted. She even sent me links to you tube videos for first time users of transports. She kept me informed that I would be contacted by the driver a day or so before the pickup and she provided me with contact information in the event I had questions for the driver before the pick up. The driver from A & Sons Express Co. did contact me timely and kept me informed as the time for pickup got closer. At the time of pickup he brought the transport truck as close as possible to my home. After the paperwork was done he drove me back to my home in my car. The car was delivered to Massachusetts in excellent condition. He was one day late due to weather delays. He kept in touch with us as to the time of drop off and he brought the transport truck right near my home. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct because they only use reliable drivers and follow up after the delivery to make sure the customer is satisfied. I also recommend A & Sons Express. They are experienced auto transporters, traveling the north/south routes on the east coast as well as cross country transports. I will use Ship A Car Direct again in the future. Angela is a gem of a customer service representative!
