A very pleasant experience. Stefan was my contact, he was polite, knowledgable and was not high pressure. He explained the whole process. The assignment to the transporter was done the same day, and the pickup was done on the date desired, and in the time frame promised. We were quoted a window of 7-10 days for delivery from Los Angeles to New Jersey, and the car arrived on the 8th day. The transport driver called the night before, and estimated a time of delivery the next day. He was coming from DC to Philly to our house in NJ. He was only one hour later than he thought, and kept us informed by phone of the delay. After I had committed to this service, I was kept informed via email of the process, what to do before pickup, and what to do upon delivery. Excellent service overall.
