My expectations were managed and I expected the car not to get picked up on the first date I gave. Car was picked up and shipped without incident 2 days later. I will say that the whole system of posting a car's bid for shipping on an internet board and waiting for a carrier is sketchy, but it worked out for me.. Bruce, the representative, kept me in the loop the whole time. All in all a good transaction.
