My overall experience with Ship a Car Direct was excellent. There was one hiccup in the process but had nothing to do with Ship a Car Direct. The original carrier who accepted the bid to transport my Traverse was not ideally helpful and in the end I chose to cancel this particular carrier. Scott was an amazing help and still managed to get another carrier to accept the bid and in time of the original needed date as I was in Seattle for work those specific dates. Five Stars Ship A Direct and thank you.
