I'm glad I did my homework. It was between Ship A Car Direct and a direct competitor who quoted me $235 more. I initially decided to go with the competitor and just had to send back a confirmation. Well the confirmation had about 8 attachments with disclaimers and legal stuff that just left me uneasy. On top of it they wanted me to pay $98 more for insurance. After getting a bad feeling and reading some reviews about similar customers with low quotes that eventually went up much more, I cancelled with the competitor and went with Ship a Car Direct. So glad i did. Everything was so simple and easy. They literally did all the work for me and everything they said went exactly as planned. The quote stayed exactly the same, too. I got more than enough notice for pickup and drop off and they were there within the 2 hour window for both. Car came back clean and in awesome condition. They kept in communication with me for the most part and I only had to call one time to find out when they'd deliver my car and she was right on the money. If I had to find one flaw is that I shouldn't have had to make that phone call as they could have called me instead to let me know Wednesday that my car would be delivered Friday.
