I made a confirmation 4 days before the car pick up date and David (the rep) got back to me with the transportation company details the next day. The transport company guy wanted to pick up the vehicle a day in advance, I was fine with that. The car was delivered well before I arrived, to which, the transportation guy kept the car in his yard and delivered the car as per my convenience. There were no hidden costs, no hassles, no follow-ups and no BS.
I will surely ship my car through Ship-a-car direct next time.
