I was happy with the ship a direct services. The pickup and delivery were on time. The only ting which can be improved is better co-ordination between the primary contact service and the driver. The driver called me first to inform that he was on the way and then later the customer service confirmed he had arranged a driver for me. Also the driver was in front of my apartment when the customer rep asked me that the driver was asking 50$ more but if I was not interested in paying the extra 50$ I can cancel him and he can find another driver. The customer rep reduced the surcharge to $25 and I was okay with it but I felt this should have been confirmed with me earlier than when the driver was at my doorstep.
Other than this everything else was good with the delivery process.
