I offered to pay $200 more than Ship A Car Direct had originally quoted me because I wanted to be sure the car was shipped on time and by a good carrier. I don't regret doing this, since the carrier that I used was very professional. They called me to set up pick up and delivery times and they were very quick in delivering. The only downsides really were that the driver was at least an hour later than the timeframe window I was told he would come in both for pick up and delivery. That being said, I felt comfortable that my car was in good hands and I was glad that they were at least accurate on the day they said they would come. I did not report this, because I couldn't remember exactly, but I do think that my car may have gotten a few minor dings on the back bumper during transit. If that's all the damage that is incurred though, I'm still happy.
