After researching multiple car shipping companies, I ultimately landed on Ship a Car Direct due to their positive reviews and referral from a close friend. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Scott was very helpful in finding me a carrier on a pretty limited time schedule. The driver contacted me a day before pickup and arranged a time that was suitable for me to be present the next day. The day of, the driver hit traffic but he notified me early that morning so I could rearrange my plans for a later arrival time. Once he arrived, we did a vehicle inspection together and made note of preexisting scratches/paint chips. He gave me a two dates that he expected my car to arrive between and said he would call once he had a better idea of an exact time frame. He called/texted the day before arrival with a time frame. Once he made it to the destination, he unloaded the car and we did another final inspection. My jeep looked just as it did when I left it with him. I was extremely nervous shipping my jeep as it is a relatively new car in great condition and I've read so many horror stories with shipping cars.. I am SO glad to have used this company and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to ship their car.
