Car arrived perfectly fine- customer service lost a star

The car arrived immaculately and left/arrived on time. No marks inside of the vehicle, nothing that I noticed missing. The four stars is because I was not called before the ship date which made me nervous (I had to call them) and didn't get a response about when to expect my car to be picked up until late evening. Upon return of the car, the driver called the night before stating he'd text/call me again tomorrow- pick-up time between 11 and 1. On arrival day I received a text stating he was waiting for me at 10:30 AM. A little more heads up would have been appreciated. Really this rating should be a 4.5 as their communication to customers could be better, other than that - fabulous job.
