Clear communication on pickup and drop-off made the whole process painless. Pick-up location was a crowded tourist area, so the driver called ahead of time to arrange an easier pick-up point a couple miles away, which was fine. Loading was quick and easy. Drop-off point and time was communicated ahead of time. The car was in great condition, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend to others.
