We had never shipped a car before and had to get arrangements made to ship a car in short order. Shipacardirect was amazing to work with through the entire experience, they answered all of our questions about how the process worked and provided input based on our specific circumstances. Bruce was incredibly helpful and understanding as he was contacted by both me and my husband at various points. Always professional and always courteous and extremely transparent. The company that actually handled the pick-up and delivery was exceptionally friendly and great to work with. The driver also commented that shipacardirect was one of the most attentive and professional brokers that he had ever dealt with. Should we ever need to ship another car we won't hesitate to contact shipacardirect immediately!
