From the first call, Scott was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and immediately sent an email and allowed me time to read through. I really appreciated the follow up emails that contained videos with questions about different services provided. The driver who came to pick up my car was in constant contact with me from the time he picked my vehicle up from my parents house in Ga and throughout the week, he called to let me know that it was possible that my car could be delivered two days earlier and closer than originally expected. Being that I am in the military, I will be using Ship a Car Direct in the future. The next time I will try to make sure I get a closed in carrier. My car was dirty when it arrived but I know that had to do with the weather from Ga to Ca. Thank you Scott for answering all my questions.
