I was in a hurry when I want to deliver my car. So I have to bother Stefan so many times in order to make sure my car can be picked up on time. Stefan was very patient and helpful. He helped me figured out the whole process and I am able to find a carrier driver to pick up my car. The driver was very nice and kind. However, the car is full of dirt that I cannot even see through the window when I first get my car. I figure my car have went through a long journey and it is acceptable. The driver delivered my car one day early which is a big plus. All in all, it is a very pleasant experience.
