My point of contact was Scott, he was very good with his communication and follow up. Brokers are at the mercy of the truck companies to accept the order and schedule the pick up and delivery. We came down to the very last day for pick up, but Scott worked to get the vehicles picked up and meet our timeline. Vehicles were delivered on time as needed, driver made contact and was courteous. Overall a very good experience and I would use Ship A Car Direct again.
