In the end, I was delivered what was promised on time. There was some confusion at first after I paid my deposit, that I could be charged more than the original quote. That really wasn't presented that way up front to me. But after they contracted a driver, the original quoted estimate was used. So all in all, everything ended up turning out just fine. The driver they hired was willing to make it work for us at both ends of the trip, so hats off to him.
