- Made what could easily have been a hair raising process, so smooth. When we arrived in the city of our new home, our townhouse, it happened to be a holiday weekend, and we could not get access to our keys until after the holiday, so we rented a nearby hotel room. Now, we had a dilemma, We had already given the townhouse address to the hauler, and we were not going to be there to key him through the security gate. We had already been instructed that the driver would call when he had arrived in the general area. Once he called, we shared with him our predicament. He said, "no problem, what's the address to the hotel?" Just like that- our fears were laid to rest. Highly recommended!!!
