From the first phone call to the day my car arrived, everything was super ( a week long trek from Seattle WA to New Jersey ) ... I first spoke to Eric who explained that he'd be my contact through out the duration of the transport, and if I had any questions or concerns, he's be there to help ( email or phone ) ... The drivers kept me up to date, and my car arrived on time .. It was a great experience ..
