The carrier is easy to reach, however is always late. Originally schedule to pick up the car in the morning, but then told me will be late and come in the afternoon. Therefore I have to reschedule my time. The same thing also happened for picking up my car. When I got my car, I found that the plastic plate on the bottom is loose and broken. He told me this was happened when he pick up the car. However there is no record on the form.
