Eric was available to clarify the questions I had about delivery dates and cost right away and I was checked on several times throughout the process of shipping my car across the country. The driver gave me his personal cell phone number. And while he was unreachable for the last 2 days (driving through Death Valley), he contacted me as soon as he was close and we chose a mutually convenient place to meet. When I got there, my car was already off the truck. My car needed a good wash, but was in great shape. No complaints.
