I was reluctant to use a car transport service for fear of damage. But a friend used Ship a Car Direct and had a good experience so I decided to try. Ship a Car Direct was great to deal with. Professional and prompt. The auto transport company itself wasn't as great. The main problem was communication. I had to initiate ALL communication except for that with the driver. The company didn't keep me informed about the delay in the pick-up date and time. It was also very hard to communicate with the driver due to a language barrier. Drop-off was much better in terms of communication. And the car got here SO FAST! Amazing! The car was filthy but in the same overall condition as when I dropped it off. Overall, I had a good experience and would use Ship a Car Direct again! They really are a great company to deal with.
