I had a very pleasant experience with Ship-a-Car Direct. Within hours of requesting a quote online, I was contacted via phone and email. Matt answered all of my many questions. Once a carrier was found, I continued getting emails and calls throughout the process, all the way through to when my car was delivered. Communication was completely open. The carrier was also very nice. The driver called me to give me notice of when pickup and delivery would happen. He was exactly on time for both.

I had a really good experience with both the broker and the carrier they chose.
