Overall my car was picked up and delivered on time. Was filthy upon arrival but expected due to distance. My only complaint was the agency that shipped the car is only available mon-fri on pacific time and if I had known that in advance I would have made sure to call Friday to verify Monday pickup date. Happy overall.
