The delivery is perfect.
Everything is performed online and phone. Before I choose ShipACarDirect to transport my car across state, I check some other web sites that give me unclear information and the price is too high. When I connect to ShipACarDirect, do not have to wait, the agent answers me quickly, gives me the cost that I can not find on the other web site.
The payment processing is clearly. The information about date and time to pick up and arrive is clearly too.
My car comes without any damages.
