I was first assigned to Emily, who had a leave of absence right around the time my car was supposed to be shipped. She referred me to Lisa, who did not contact me at all. I had to contact the company to see who was my agent. Turns out Lisa left the company and Matt took over. Matt found me a good carrier, who wanted $75 more than the quote Emily gave me. I was initially not happy with that but Matt was willing to contribute 50% of his broker fee to the additional price. He was very accommodating, and was able to get in touch with the carrier during the transport for updates.
