All in all a good experience. There was a bit of a lack of communication between Scott and the carrier that was eventually used and myself. I was told that I would be contacted a day before the pick-up...and when I called, because I hadn't heard anything, I was told that I was slated for pick-up that day. That didn't work for me. I never heard back from Scott (my ship a car direct) contact- however, the driver did contact me later in day and confirm pick-up for the next day.
