Pleased with shipping my car coast to coast

I recently moved from Northern NJ to Southern California at the end of July 2016. For this move, I decided to ship my car instead of driving it cross country. This is the first time I shipped my car cross country.

I selected Ship A Car Direct brokering services. My initial customer contact was initially Emily (out from Los Angeles) and later it was Gaby (from Denver) I find both to be responsive to my needs. I especially commend Gaby for advising me to widen the pick up window, finding me a carrier on time and then following up to see how my car pick up and delivery went.

The carrier that was selected was Transauto Logistics from Downey, CA. The pickup and delivery went fine. In both cases, Transauto called me the day before to let me know the time window and again 30 minutes before their arrival. In both cases they were right on time and I only had to wait less than 5 minutes. Even though my car was transported on an open carrier, and I had washed it before the transport (so I can take photos of the car), my car was surprisingly not too dusty at all.

I also used the app from Ship A car Direct to take photos of my car before the pick up and right after the delivery.

Overall I am pleased with both Ship A Car Direct and the selected carrier Transauto Logistics.
