I was able to handle everything over the phone and internet, which enabled me to not have to go out of state in person to execute the transaction. The driver followed up as he got to town for exact timing of the delivery. Due to timing we had a small change on the exact drop off (just a few miles) and the driver was able to accommodate. Only minor issue was a tracking of the car or at least a confirm on pick up and projected delivery date. I had to call to get that information. Also with an open air shipping, the car was very dirty when it arrived. Overall I was pleased with the service and value received.
