I used SACD after a few family members had done the same for cross-country moves. Generally, the SACD reps were responsive and helpful, and my car made it from CA to IL promptly, safely, and in one piece. The only imperfection came when SACD located my carrier the day after my requested pickup window had closed. I'd already left California so I had to get a friend to deliver my car to the carrier- but this was a small cost to pay for an otherwise reliable and successful service.
