Timely, but difficulty in communication

The company was honest about their transport times and rates. The price quote I received online was very close to the actual calculated cost. I had some difficulty with contacting the carrier directly and getting a prompt response from them when I needed to confirm the delivery date, so I would have appreciated more help from Ship a Car Direct. However, communication with the carrier company ultimately worked out, and I had my car safely delivered within 11 days! I would say though that I would have preferred if Ship a Car Direct was directly responsible for contacting their carriers throughout the delivery process. Instead, they put you in direct contact with the driver, which has both advantages and disadvantages.
