Very helpful from start to finish. Great staff (Scott) and videos. After hearing horror stories about shipping cars across the country, I was very relieved to receive my car in perfect condition and in 6 days instead of the anticipated 7-10. I chose Ship A Car Direct because they were recommended by Consumer Affairs and received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I recommend them, and would definitely use them again.
