Good overall- very responsive to calls / voicemail, not as quick with e-mail communication. Shipacardirect was generous- when we were having trouble finding a carrier, they added some of their own money to the pool to try to incentivize a carrier to get our car picked up on time.
The carrier got the car there with no damage and very quickly- but didn't communicate at all with us proactively until they were about 30 minutes away. Luckily I was close to home and it all worked out, but there's definitely for room for improvement on the communication front.
