ShipDirect was excellent the entire team. The secondary car moving company, I-5 car movers, was a full day late picking up the car. Stefan at ShipDirect was very responsive, prepared us for timelines, and steps to take, suggested that we take pictures for protection, and generally kept us in the loop throughout the [process. Stefan also always responded to calls and emails promptly. Overall , I would suggest this company to a peer.
