Beware of Items in car

Though website say you can have items (~ 100lb) in the car, I was told by transporting company just (1-2 hours before pick up) that I cannot have any items in the car and after back and forth dialogues because I have no way of removing the items (photo album, framed certificates, clothes etc) I agreed to pay extra $50 to driver. In addition I was told they aren't responsible for stuff in the car
Car was picked up from Home Depot store 3 miles from home though I was expecting pick up from home address. I asked for transportation back & was told to check with driver. Driver said this isn't his responsibility at all so I had to call around to have someone to pick me up
