I had called ship a car direct back in April 2016 when we found out we were moving to.FL in May. Spoke to David, who was nice and upfront about how their service works and the cost. This was our 1st time transposrting my car and were very leary about it especially when we were told we have to wait until closer to our leave date out of NV. Just in case I had another service on the back burner. In the end the other service was going to charge us $800 more than ship a car direct claiming that it would be a rush service even though they were contacted within the same week of ship a car direct. Decided to go with ship a car direct as each time I called the quote was the same and emails were replied to within 24 hours. The day before our car was to be picked up by the transport company, Rick from Valued Transportation called to confirm and he was a very nice man. The day of pick up, he was there on time and even drove my car to where the truck was up.the road. Very very nice, made us feel at ease with how everything works and exuded happines towards his job. 10.days later our car arrived as promised! Car was a little dirty, but thats to be expected. He even offered to take it to the car wash himself for us. We.told him that was not neccesary. Thankfully there was no need to contact ship a car directs emergency line as car arrived in timeline as told it would. Very pleased with service from both companies. Would use ship a car direct again if needed and will.definatly tell those we know looking to transport their vehicles! Thanks so much to all involved. You made this as painless as possible! :)
