I shipped my 2001 Lexus IS300 from California to Virginia. Spoke with Stefan and he answered all my questions and scheduled pick-up date on the requested day. I scheduled 5 days from requested pick-up date. Car delivered in 10 days. Price was reasonable ($825) and aside from car being dirty there was no damage. Recommend washing vehicle and taking pictures of inside, outside, odometer, and tires once driver arrives to pick up vehicle. Driver is not the same person that delivers car. David was the driver that delivered my vehicle from Bayka Transport Inc. He called me 2 days from delivery date and stayed in touch until car was delivered. I had some questions about my vehicle upon arrival regarding the maintenance of vehicle. He is a mechanic and checked out my brakes and made recommendations about repairs. I just had brakes replaced Sep 2014 and had 12,000 miles on the vehicle. He informed me that there was no way that my brakes had been replaced and I needed to get them replaced immediately. I couldn't thank him enough for him taking time with me to check out my car. Price was exactly what was quoted. Must pay in cash/cashiers check or money order upon delivery. Cash is recommended as the drivers must pay for their own gas. I paid with cashiers check and felt bad when David expressed payment in cash is better because they do pay for their gas. Over all great experience. This was my first time shipping a car and I was very nervous. It was a smooth process and will use Ship A Car Direct's service if I have to ship a car in the future.
