Dealing with Ship A Car Direct was easy and fast. I submitted a request and received a response within hours. They sent emails providing updates and information for several days while the shipment was being arranged. Once arranged, the car pickup communication from the shipper was direct and pickup was on time. The car was picked up in NY and delivered in California in 6 days. The shipment was one day later than the estimate due to bad weather and I was able to speak to the driver to get updated delivery information. Overall, Ship A Car Direct provided very good communication and information and made shipping a car easy.
