Prior to contacting Ship A Car Direct I visited with several transport companies and carriers on line and over the phone. I also read tons of reviews. Frankly it was frustrating and confusing- the reviews put me off and the quote3 costs ranged wildly. In those online searches, however, I came across Ship A Car Direct and talked with Angela. She was very helpful and got back to me with a quote promptly. Because of the shipping distance it took some time to locate a carrier. During that time I spoke with Angela several times. I began to think that there must be many Angela's working there because she always answered and always got right back to me. She quickly assisted when there was a conflict with the car's initial pickup time. One phone call to her and the schedule that fit my situation was in place. The carrier arrived on time, loaded the Miata without a hitch and kept me informed right to delivery. I would use Ship A CAr Direct again if the need arrives.
