I had a very positive experience with Ship a Car Direct. I needed to ship a vehicle from Texas to Florida and having no experience with this I did some research online and ended up picking this company. Emily was my contact person and after corresponding with her I felt confident this was the right choice.She sent several emails which included helpful videos and examples of customer reviews. When I chose my earliest pick up date she was able to secure a carrier for that day. I was provided with a direct contact number for the driver, as well as a 24 hour customer service number. Customer service is top notch in my opinion. The delivery was delayed by a few days due to severe flooding en route and, I believe, a mechanical issue with the car carrier, but we were able to stay in touch with the driver at all times and when the vehicle was delivered it was in perfect shape . I would definitely recommend this company!
