I was like you when starting this process. I searched the internet looking for the company least likely to rip me off or steal or otherwise damage my vehicle and transport it to my destination on time. One website I used generated about 30 emails and phone calls instantly. SACD was nice because their website has several FAQ type videos explaining the whole process. I had some items I wanted to transport in the vehicle. While they did give me the official warning that carriers are not insured to accept household items, they also helped me figure out how to stay within bounds and complete the transaction. They were helpful but not overbearing with email contact. When I called the contact number I got to a real person immediately, and it was the same person throughout the process. The carrier arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He delivered the car faster than expected and without a scratch. I would certainly use SACD again as a broker. Price was comparable to other brokers - not quite the lowest but certainly priced fairly.
