My car may not have been picked up on the set date I requested but it wasn't so bad because I didn't need it then. It actually came at a perfect time. Customer service is amazing. Eric keeps me updated thru email (almost daily) and you can reach him anytime too and he will respond right away. They follow up too before the car is expected to be delivered and after it was delivered. The price is the cheapest one I saw in the internet too but the service is overall amazing.
