I contacted Ship-A-Car Direct and was immediately called back. My rep sent me an email with a quote and other emails linking me to informational videos about the process as well as assurances about the safety of my vehicle. By the time I decided to ship my car ( 4 days later), I felt very informed about the process and what to expect. I was assigned a carrier, literally, minutes after I placed my order. Emily called me to make sure I had all the answers I needed and was available by phone whenever new questions arose (as they often do.) The carrier I was assigned, Auto Line Express, was awesome and called my contact person at the pickup location several times to ensure she was ready for pickup, and to let her know the most convenient pickup location. As she lives in an apartment complex, he was not able to pickup there but they agreed upon a location just blocks away at a Walmart. This entire process, which I was very nervous about, went so smoothly and I was handled by such knowledgeable and courteous people that I would not hesitate to recommend Ship-a-car Direct to anyone needing to ship their vehicle. My driver met me literally steps from my door (as he could not get down my narrow street) at the end of my block. He, Ganzo, was so personable and my vehicle arrived in pristine condition. I can't say enough positive things about this company, they are absolutely wonderful.
