Before I start my review, I would just like to say that this is my honest opinion and I would've still written a review even if they didn't offer a rebate for a review. So I had just recently purchased a brand new Mercedes In Texas and needed to ship it to Chicago. This was my first time shipping a car and I was actually really nervous about the process because I've heard many horror stories about it. That being said, I am SO glad I found ship a car direct. After calling many different shipping companies and getting quotes and reading reviews about each of them online, I decided to choose ship a car direct to ship my car because they offered me one of the most reasonable quotes out there hands down and they also had great reviews from previous customers. It also reassured me to see that they would quickly address all the previous unsatisfied clients. That being said, I was immediately contacted by Stefan and he gave me the quote and took care of everything else. I also had to make last minute changes in shipping dates and they were very accommodating and took care of all of that as well. They arranged a carrier to come pick up my car Saturday morning and I received it Monday afternoon. My only complaint would be that my carrier was really rude and unprofessional, but that has nothing to do with ship a car directly. I still received my car on time and there were no damages to my car, although it was really dirty on the exterior but that was expected due to open shipping. Thank you ship a car direct for making my first time so easy and stress free. Customer service was great and was available 24/7 to answer any questions. This was all handled in less than a week! I was contacted by Dale a day after my delivery to make sure that everything went well and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and I intend on doing business again with them in the future.
