We had a good experience with Ship-A-Car Direct. The booking and delivery were both seamless. The car arrived promptly, and although it was a little dirty, this was to be expected from an open carrier transport in winter. We have not seen any damage to the car.

The only issue that we had was that the car was being picked up from an auto shop in another state, and it was hard to keep track of whether the car had been picked up or not. We did not get confirmation from Ship-A-Car Direct when the car was picked up. We emailed them and called them to ask if the car had been picked up. They were very friendly and responsive and told us they would look into it, but we never heard back from them on either inquiry. We finally got confirmation from the auto shop, but it would have been nice to have the company be able to tell us the location of our car.
