The entire process was effortless. Karen provided the quote quickly. Ship car direct (Karen) communication once the carrier was selected was beyond outstanding. I received emails routeinly throughout the entire process. In addition, the carrier who picked up the vechicle was thourogh and very professional. Highly recommend ship car direct.
