Shipping NY to AZ? Not a problem!

I was very concerned about shipping my car from NY to AZ, especially when I realized that I would be dealing with a broker which means that the actual shipping would be farmed out to a third party. Eric walked me through every step in the process and was up front and honest the whole way. In the end, everything went as smooth as silk. We had a couple of change-ups regarding pickup and drop-off dates and locations but Eric told us to expect that so we were ready for it, factored it into our plans and didn't have any stress as a result. The driver that picked up and dropped off our vehicle was friendly and professional. We got our car back without a scratch. I was very apprehensive about this whole process, especially the part about handing it off to a third party carrier. Eric's guidance every step of the way took the edge off and in the end we had a great experience. I hope I never have to do this again but if I ever do I know exactly where to turn. Great work guys!
