My story is a positive one- this is the first time I ever needed to transport a car, and as I did my homework I became increasing suspicious of your industry. Spent perhaps too much time, reading reviews, until it became apparent most of the bad reviews were based on unreasonable expectations, or last minute planning. Finally, I went with "Ship a Car Direct", because of the content in your web page, and after speaking with Stefan for a few minutes, was convinced that you screen and manage your carriers carefully and with pride. While you were not the cheapest, your approach is certainly the most professional and allowed me a sense of security well worth a few extra dollars. It all went very well, pickup and delivery were timely and uneventful, no damage, no unexpected issues or hidden costs, and even though a slight language barrier with the driver, he was courteous, pleasant and smiling at both ends. One recommendation, it would be helpful to be able to pay the carrier electronically using a card, I did call them and they insisted this was not an option, thus it was necessary to get a cashier's check in advance for the diver, while this is a secure method of payment it was an inconvenience for a solider on a military base.
