I went through the Better Business Bureau and was pleased to have connected with Ship a Car Direct, which brokers the actual car transport. I appreciated the instant email communications from Angela and informative video attachments. All went well. Transporting a car in winter from CO into blizzard-recovering Maryland was no small feat.
